Dear Enlightened One

Dear enlightened one, 

I want you to know you are supported and loved. I know these are trying times and I can imagine the isolation, confusion, and frustration you may feel in moments. I want you to know you are not alone.

You are an incredible gift to this world and are worthy of much love and as you read this begin to see this in everything. See it in your heart, your neighbor across from you, the people you see each day, and people who care for you. Know how brave you are for honoring yourself and lovingly accept all of who you have been in every step of your life. Hold this with compassion and grace.

You are worthy of love, You are worthy of love, You are worthy of love. I can imagine you have witnessed much in your life and understanding how to continue moving forward in each moment has had its challenges. Know I see you, Know I hear your pain, and acknowledge all the difficulty you have been through. Every person is a gift we all create oneness and I see you at this moment and acknowledge who you are from compassion and acceptance and love. Believe in yourself, feel the connection to your own strength and beauty. I see you. You are worthy. You have a purpose. I acknowledge you and who you are.

CSUF's LGBTQRC is collecting supplies this holiday season to make care packages for the LGBT Center LA to give out to homeless/low-income LGBTQ seniors living in the LA area.

In addition to the supplies being donated (see below), they are also accepting letters of encouragement from folks to be included in the care packages. So to those interested, there are multiple ways you can be part of this awesome community project.
