"Your Inner Self" would like to send you a photo to remind you to drop in and ground yourself in nature today: As we’re about a month in to the summer solstice, here is a reminder to spend time in nature. There are incredible benefits to our overall physical and psychological wellbeing when we expose ourselves to the natural world. Here are just a few effects: nature can improve our mood, decrease stress, help us feel more relaxed, improves our self-esteem, increases our empathy for others, and we are still learning more!
